The best thing to start with is watching for a difference in his routine. Here are some questions to ponder about.
Is he all of a sudden coming home later and later?
If working late is a normal thing because of his work, has he stopped ringing you up to let you know, like he always would have?
Does it appear that there is an increase “office emergencies” occuring more often? Things which have newly transpired?
Does he always wait for you to go to sleep instead of going to bed with you like he used to?

Does he Seem to be Dressing Better?
Have you noticed a shift in the type of clothing of his wardrobe? Has he changed his hair style, suddenly started shaving, or shaving in a different way?
An unfaithful husband will often change his appearance, or at least take more pride in how he looks, as he tries to impress his mistress.
Both men as well as women seem to fall into a routine about their appearance post marriage. If a change in that routine occurs, this is the time to start paying attention.
It is time to pay attention when there is any kind of change in this behavior?
It also pays to keep watch of the length of recreational time dedicated to the bedroom in order to tell if he is being deceitful.
If you let it be know that you are keen to have sex, do you hear excuses that his is too exhausted from his day, or there’s a big meeting in the morning that he needs to prepare for?
A waning interest in sexual activities doesn’t necessarily mean that he is sleeping around on you, although if you notice this together with other distinct changes then it can be a tell tale sign that something isn’t right.
While he is in the shower, you can check his cell phone, or his computer. Do you see lots of numbers you don’t recognize, or a string of women’s names you’ve never heard of before?
Are those names or numbers filling up the call log on his cell phone? Maybe he has added password protection to his previously ‘open’ computer.
Start to gather evidence that supports the beief of infidelity if you feel that your suspicions have been confirmed and he is cheating on you.
If you’re mistaken, and you choose to question him about your suspicions without real proof, it could turn out to be a mistake that can’t be solved.
It can be a long, difficult road if your husband turns out to be cheating on you; understanding how to tell if he is cheating is only the first step.
